Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. How is All Money Matters different to other financial service providers?

Firstly, we are educators not financial planners or investment advisors and we guarantee that All Money Matters is an independently owned and operated business.

We believe that All Money Matters is unique in the way that we work with our clients. Our clients tell us that we are different as we take an integrated or holistic approach, combining the “number crunching” skills with development of personal awareness.

We measure success beyond that which is reported in a Profit and Loss statement or Balance Sheet, working with a person’s passion and dreams as well as the $’s and cents.

Most people can identify with the fact that money and how it impacts on our lives can be a complex issue. At All Money Matters, we move around and through these complexities to facilitate you uncovering how you relate to, and respond to, money.
Q2. How long has All Money Matters been in operation?

All Money Matters commenced in 1994 and since then has established a strong and loyal client base. It is important to note that the majority of our business comes from either referrals or repeat business from clients who have worked with us in the past. We place a great emphasis on our ability to provide you with the level of service you expect from any professional. Our happy clients are a testament to this.

Q3. What sort of people are clients of All Money Matters?

There is no typical All Money Matters client. They only have one thing in common, and that is their readiness to change. Our clients cover a huge range of people, from those just starting to earn an income, to those who have ceased employment, or sold their business, and are healthy and happy in their retirement. They range from people learning the basics of money management to those who want to discover more about how to make their money work for them just that bit harder or are wanting more creativity and fun!

To be a client of All Money Matters, you don’t have to have large sums of money. What you do need is the willingness to change and the desire to manage your money differently, in a way that works for you.

Q4. How do I know I am ready to change and begin working with All Money Matters?

Most clients come to All Money Matters because they recognise that presently, things just aren’t working the way they want them to!

Common reasons are:

– My hard earned money seems to disappear so quickly,
– The credit card debt is getting bigger and I don’t know what to do
– I don’t seem to have anything to show for my money,
– I haven’t enough money put away for retirement and it’s getting closer,
– Life doesn’t seem to be fun any more but how can I afford a change
of career?

– I want to start investing, but I just don’t know where to look or how to start.

By making this first contact, you have determined you need to change; so now the challenge is to maintain the momentum so that you will come to better understand your relationship with money.

To be successful, you have to want to change, have an open and flexible mind and be committed to the process.
